I think everybody is forgetting the biggest corruption loss in human history.This is happening in audited ( by Financial Accounts only)Government funded constructions.It reached US $ 4 Trillion per year in 1976.This is an voidable loss in public funds as it is after auditing.
Global Organisation of Parliamentarian Against Corruption submitted a proposal in 2015, to have an Additional Technical Audit for Government funded constructions,with a union of Technical Auditors.
This is not implemented yet.The avoidable loss in public funds continues at a rate of US $ 7.61 million per minute.
GOPAC 2015 Proposal to be implemented without delay.This is the solution to salvage this world record loss.
