Many people find this major concept too hard to follow or to understand, because with their micro-economics type of thought they find the Big Picture too complex. They should see it as a macroeconomics situation where one can collect, analyze and reduce the complexity after realizing that it actually comprises of a small number of economic activities that are common to the whole population in different proportions (which is all that makes people different in economics terms).

In my short working paper SSRN 2865571 “Einstein’s Criterion Applied to Logical Macroeconomics Modeling” I show that there are only 19 kinds of these activities (that is to say, the exchanges of money and utilities between them) and these pass between only 6 sectors of the Big Picture. There are 46 possible circuits in this model, which requires a bit of study to identify them but can be seen in my book on the effect of using this model on getting a better understanding about how our social system REALLY works. Please ask me for “Consequential Macroeconomics” a 310 page e-book from chesterdh@hotmail.com and I will send you a free copy which hopefully will remove all of the past confusion, because its truly scientific and not a pseudo-science of the past.
