To be specific; you are more aware of the need for maintaining things (ie caring) as opposed to grand projects for new things which we men are so enamoured of. And because you are more used to unpaid work, you are not so obsessed with monetary value and measurement.
So come on Finland, Come on Iceland, come on New Zealand – show us the way!!
